Can You Imagine?
Empowering children to unleash their creativity, in 'Can you imagine' kids from the neighbourhood craft their dreams for the future. They're encouraged to explore, experiment, and create prototypes of what Kisseman and West Legon could look like in their lifetimes.
Over the course of three Saturdays, kids from the neighbourhood were invited to explore the future of the area they are growing up in.
Using design principles, they were encouraged to look, listen and actively explore the community. We expected this to generate fresh perspectives about the community and the neighborhood. Based on the insights children worked in creative teams to imagine different futures for the community, building prototypes.
it was a carefree playful space where kids could imagine, create and associate. During the “ I see you Ky33” festival, they could show their prototypes and share their ideas.
